Once the specific Owner Hub plan is selected, the customer is sent a log in to OwnersHub.net “The HUB.” The owner will then be able to create the listing through a listing template which the staff of Owners Hub will use to post your listing to the MLS. YOU will be listed as the primary contact as YOU know your property best. YOU will be contacted when buyers/ buyers agents would like to show YOUR home. YOU will sell your property and reap the benefits of the sale. The HUB will supply the access to YOUR listing as displayed to the public, forms, tutorials and vendors to use throughout the duration of your sale.
Three different package are offered. The difference between the packages is the amount of change orders within the MLS® that an owner can request at no additional cost, pre paid meetings with Owners Hub licensees and the amount of tools included to help market your home for sale. ALL plans include the tools needed to sell your own property through the MLS®.
